Welcome to WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY@ COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY (WIT@CU)

Columbia strives to create a great place to work that is a supportive, inclusive, and progressive environment by planning initiatives and events that address challenges to attracting and retaining talented women in technology.

Professional development works to identify and advance initiatives that will aid in expanding relationships and knowledge for WIT members. We are currently developing exciting programs and will share them with you soon. We have compiled some great websites, books, conferences and more that are technical, inspirational and address issues women see in the technology industry.

Community Outreach works to develop strong partnerships with the communities surrounding the Columbia University campuses and encourages women of all ages to explore and pursue opportunities within the technology space.
