What makes CU a great place to work?
I know it sounds cliche, but it's the people. It's such a friendly environment. Everyone is approachable, even outside of your immediate group, and always willing to answer questions and provide insight or historical information.

What makes CU a great place to work?
It's knowing that the work I am doing provides opportunities for others to grow and make an impact in the world. It's enriching to be able to see my work in action by simply walking around the campus. Also, having flexibility such as flex-time and work-life balance is important to me.

How did you come to CU?
Columbia University was a place I thought would be a good fit—it had people I wanted to work with, and tons of interesting projects in my field of interest. I completed the Executive Masters in Technology Management program at Columbia University in February 2018 so the timing was great! The Academic Services team has such a broad range of stakeholders - a coordinated change management is critical for them to be successful and seeing the landscape of an institution has been an incredible experience so far.
